By accessing or using Field Cost Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by 999 Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Field Cost Tracker is a job costing application for small general contractor operations. It allows you to create jobs, track material and labor costs via receipt scanning and time logging, and view profit and loss per job.
You sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name and email address from Google. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may invite team members to your account. As the account owner, you control their access and permissions.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including job information, cost entries, time entries, and receipt images ("Your Data"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Data.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes sending receipt images to our AI processing provider to extract structured data.
You can export Your Data at any time using the export features in the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete Your Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from receipt images. AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all parsed receipt data before it is saved as a cost entry. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-extracted data.
The Service is currently free. When paid plans are introduced, you will be notified in advance. We do not collect billing information at this time — you will need to actively provide payment details and choose a plan before any charges apply.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages.
The Service includes offline functionality. Data created while offline is stored locally on your device and synced when connectivity is restored. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure before sync completes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, during the free beta, EUR 0).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI receipt processing will be accurate, that the Service will meet your specific requirements, or that the Service will be error-free.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@mail.fieldcosttracker.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is required for security reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
